Every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evening, chef Guillaume de Beer hosts an intimate omakase experience centered around two of Japan’s most exclusive ingredients: Toro and Wagyu. In true PAINDEMIE style, guests enjoy a chef’s-choice tasting menu where premium products, seasonal ingredients, and Japanese influences come together in a refined culinary experience.
