About Chef Hortense des Robert
After working alongside renowned chefs, I decided to pursue a CAP cuisine (Professional Aptitude Certificate in Cooking). Once I obtained the diploma, I set sail to cook on a yacht around the world. Upon returning to the southeast, I established myself as a private chef and caterer to share my passion for cooking and quality ingredients with others.
