With over 20 years of experience in gastronomy, I specialize in elegant, seasonal cuisine inspired by French culinary traditions, enriched with Mediterranean and international influences. Every menu is created from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients, carefully selected to offer an authentic and memorable dining experience.

I am also a Cake Designer, creating bespoke celebration and wedding cakes that are as beautiful as they are delicious. I love designing desserts that become the highlight of a special occasion.

My philosophy is simple: every meal should tell a story. Whether it's an intimate dinner, a family celebration, a wedding, or a private event, I take care of every detail so my guests can relax and enjoy the moment while I transform fresh ingredients into refined, generous and heartfelt cuisine.

One of the dishes I am most proud of is my Beef Fillet with Morel Cream Sauce, served with seasonal garnishes. It perfectly reflects my cooking style: elegant, comforting, and focused on exceptional ingredients.
