Chef Jyoti not only provided exceptional food but also provided an exceptional overall experience. Communicating with Jyoti was quick and easy, she responded to my queries quickly and answered all of my questions in full. She arrived on time and got to work very quickly. She provided a beautiful table setting which included flowers and candles as well as printed menu cards. We had four fantanstic courses which included delicious oysters, champagne and cocktails. Jyoti was highly efficient and left our kitchen in sparkling condition after all of the courses had been served. I would highly recommend Jyoti for any occasion and Im look forward to working with her again.

My name is Jyoti Tojo, a private chef with over 5 years of professional experience creating memorable dining experiences through bold flavors and refined technique.My culinary style is deeply influenced by my roots and background, combined with modern training and continuous self-development. After working my way up from kitchen assistant to sous-chef and chef de partie in professional kitchens, I developed a strong foundation in technique, organization, and high-level service.I have worked across a wide range of kitchens from restaurants and hotels to large-scale events serving up to 2000 guests as well as more intimate private dining experiences. This versatility allows me to adapt seamlessly to any setting while maintaining quality and consistency.My passion lies in combining cultures and flavors. With experience in Afro-Caribbean cuisine and a curiosity for fusion, I create dishes that feel both familiar and surprising.
