With 27 years of experience in some of the Netherlands’ leading restaurants, including 13 years as chef-owner of Restaurant Marque, I have always believed that exceptional dining is about more than what is served on the plate.

Today, I create refined private dining experiences in homes, villas and special locations across the Netherlands and Europe. My cooking is rooted in Mediterranean flavours, seasonality and excellent produce. I prefer dishes that appear effortless but are precise in execution — allowing the ingredients to remain recognisable and central.

Just as important is the atmosphere around the table. I enjoy creating the complete experience: the menu, pacing, presentation and personal interaction with guests. Every dinner is shaped around the people, the place and the occasion.
