Mauricio is a Swiss-Argentine private chef based in Zürich, bringing years of international culinary experience, creativity, and a genuine passion for hospitality to every table.

His culinary journey began in Mallorca, Spain, where he completed his professional training at the Escola d’Hoteleria de les Illes Balears, followed by advanced studies in Haute Cuisine (Postgrado en Alta Cocina).

He went on to refine his craft in some of Spain’s most celebrated Michelin-starred kitchens, including DiverXO (3 Michelin stars), Nerua and Álbora, developing a distinctive approach that combines technical precision, creativity, and a deep appreciation for exceptional ingredients.

His cooking is bold, personal, and full of character. From premium Argentine cuts and open-fire cooking to contemporary gourmet creations, Mauricio brings together Argentine traditions and European influences, creating menus that reflect both his roots and his international experience.

Beyond private dining, Mauricio is the chef and creative force behind an exclusive private dining concept in Zürich that brings together a maximum of eight guests around one shared table. Each edition features a personally curated multi-course menu paired with exceptional Argentine wines, celebrating gastronomy, hospitality, and the pleasure of sharing a table with others.
