After my apprenticeship in 2019 and experiences in restaurants, I realized traditional restaurant work wasn’t for me. Too much pressure, not enough connection. I wanted something different: meetings, smiles, sharing.

I draw my inspiration from street food around the world – simple, flavorful dishes that I elevate with a gourmet touch, taking you on a journey… without leaving your home.
