With over eight years of experience in the culinary world, having worked in palace establishments, as an independent chef, and most recently as an executive consultant chef for a five star resort rooted in wellness and overall nutrition, my work reflects a diverse and evolving culinary journey. My cuisine sits at the intersection of health, sustainability, and fine dining. Rooted in my Afro Caribbean heritage and shaped by years immersed in French gastronomy, my approach reflects a dialogue between cultures, techniques, and narratives.
At the core of my work is a deep respect for the product. I prioritize a precise understanding of ingredients, their origin, their seasonality, and their full potential, allowing each element to express itself naturally on the plate. My cuisine is inherently product driven and evolves with the rhythm of the seasons, ensuring both freshness and integrity.
Experimentation is an essential part of my creative process. Drawing from my diverse background, I reinterpret traditional flavors and techniques through a contemporary lens, crafting dishes that are expressive, refined, and intentional.
What I am most proud and what makes me unique in my approach is my ability to combine a strong nutritional foundation with a refined sensory approach, ensuring that each dish delivers both balance and depth in flavor, texture, and overall experience.
