I am a professional chef with over 15 years of experience in the culinary world. I hold a professional bachelor's degree with a specialization in catering.
I began my career in France, working notably with the Pourcel brothers, before venturing to Australia. I have also worked in 5-star hotels in Dubai and more recently in London.
My diverse experiences have provided me with valuable technical skills and exposure to a variety of culinary specialties from around the world.
