I’m Raúl, a chef and storyteller. For more than 10 years, I’ve been exploring the world through food — from professional kitchens to culinary adventures across the globe.

My cooking is all about creating an experience rather than simply serving a meal. I love working with seasonal ingredients, discovering local food cultures and bringing those stories to the table. My style is modern and creative, but always focused on flavour, simplicity and sharing good food together.

My culinary journey has taken me through different kitchens and countries, including working and learning in Indonesia and Australia. These experiences have shaped the way I cook today: curious, open-minded and always looking for new flavours and combinations.

One of the things I love most about cooking is creating a menu around the people I’m cooking for. No two dinners need to be the same. Whether it’s an intimate dinner at home, a special celebration or a long table filled with friends, I want people to remember not only what they ate, but how the evening felt.
