With nearly 30 years of experience, I am a passionate and self-taught chef. Although I do not hold a formal culinary degree, I have known I wanted to be a cook for as long as I can remember. My journey began in my grandmother's kitchen, where my love for food first took root.
Driven by curiosity and dedication, I immersed myself in culinary encyclopedias and books, constantly learning and developing my skills. I started working in the cold kitchen of a restaurant owned by family friends, where I discovered the world of fine dining. I quickly fell in love with gourmet cuisine and sought opportunities in some of the most respected local restaurants, learning from talented chefs who helped shape my career.
Over the years, I built my experience working in France, Germany, Switzerland, and spending brief periods in Peru and Argentina. Returning to Spain, I achieved one of my goals by becoming Head Chef at one of Valencia's leading rice restaurants. There, I deepened my knowledge of rice cookery, which remains one of my greatest passions.
I have worked in several high-level restaurants, including one awarded a Repsol Sun. I am passionate about market-driven cuisine that respects tradition while adding a distinctive and creative touch. I enjoy preparing both traditional and contemporary rice dishes, and I have also developed a strong interest in pastry, which has become one of my favorite areas of cooking.
I eventually moved to Granada with a clear mission: together with my wife, to create a new chapter in my life as a private chef. My cuisine is based on complete respect for ingredients and products. I enjoy applying modern techniques while staying firmly rooted in traditional cooking, playing with flavors and textures without ever losing the true essence of rice dishes. My desserts are carefully crafted, indulgent, and a little playful—something that has become my personal signature.
