Hello, I am Chef Rouba from France. I grew up in Lebanon untiI I turned 18, when I left my home country to fulfil my dream of becoming a culinary art chef. So I attended the "Institut Paul Bocuse" in Lyon, France then worked for several Michelin Star restaurants (Le Mirazur, Alain Ducasse Au Plaza Athéné, Guy Savoy ...). I now get the chance to work as a travelling consultant and as an event chef and organiser in Paris (and other cities). If I want to describe my cuisine I would say that it holds on a lot to my Mediterranean roots and loves the French finesse and know-how.
