For nearly 25 years, I have passionately shared my love of cooking through authentic, generous recipes inspired by my roots. My culinary journey wasn't forged in a prestigious school, but rather through the transmission of knowledge within my family. From a very young age, I had the privilege of learning from my mother and grandmothers, true guardians of culinary traditions passed down through generations.

Of Italian and Caribbean descent, I grew up immersed in Mediterranean flavors and the richness of Caribbean cuisine. This dual culture shaped my culinary identity and nurtured my curiosity for gastronomic traditions from around the world.

One encounter profoundly marked my journey: that of Monsieur Paul Bocuse. His approach to cooking, his exacting standards, and his vision of the profession transformed my perspective on culinary art and reinforced my conviction that simplicity, when combined with exceptional ingredients and genuine expertise, can become extraordinary.

A devoted fan of regional cuisine, I also draw inspiration from culinary cultures around the world. I pay particular attention to respecting the seasonality of ingredients, convinced that nature offers its very best at each time of year.

Today, I also create culinary content and recipe e-books, as well as writing about nutrition. I enjoy sharing, explaining, and making cooking accessible while highlighting ingredients, traditions, and balanced eating.

Of all my creations, Mediterranean recipes, in all their cultural diversity, and Caribbean specialties are what give me the most pride. Each dish is an invitation to travel, a tribute to my roots and all the encounters that have enriched my journey.

My cuisine is distinguished by its authenticity, its respect for ingredients, and its openness to the world. Behind every recipe lies a story, an emotion, and above all, the desire to share a moment of pleasure and conviviality around a beautiful plate of food.
