Sergio is an Argentine private chef, entrepreneur, and creator with a deep passion for signature cuisine. Cooking has always run in his veins: he learned from a young age alongside his parents, mastering grilling techniques from his father and complex family recipes from his mother. After graduating from the prestigious Alicia Berger Culinary School, he continued refining his craft by training and working in kitchens across Argentina, Italy, Israel, and Thailand, developing a signature style that blends Argentine and Mediterranean roots with creative Asian twists and techniques.

Sergio brings this signature international concept directly to his clients' tables along the Costa del Sol. His entrepreneurial spirit has also led him to explore personal ventures, such as an artisanal cake line (currently on standby to focus fully on private dining experiences). Driven by a deep respect for fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients, he crafts exclusive menus tailored to turn any occasion into a memorable culinary journey.
