I am an Executive and Private Chef with over 20 years of international experience across Greece, Europe and the United States. My career includes creating and leading Anemos, a Mediterranean and Greek restaurant in Guam, as well as working with private families, luxury yachts and exclusive events.

My cuisine is rooted in authentic Mediterranean flavours, elevated through modern techniques, elegant presentation and carefully selected ingredients. I enjoy designing personalised menus that reflect each guest’s preferences, lifestyle and dietary requirements—from relaxed family-style dining to refined fine-dining experiences.

For me, private dining is about more than excellent food. It is about understanding my guests, creating a warm atmosphere and turning every meal into a memorable experience. I am organised, adaptable and calm under pressure, with great attention to detail and complete respect for privacy and discretion. I speak Greek and English fluently.
