We had a fantastic evening with Chef Stéphane Pover during a weekend getaway with our group of nine friends. As a group, we are all lovers of good food—and especially barbecue—so the bar was set quite high. Stéphane, however, effortlessly exceeded those expectations. The food was delicious, and what we particularly enjoyed was that we got to play a role in the preparation ourselves. This meant it didn't feel like someone was simply cooking for us; instead, we were truly involved in the entire experience. Stéphane also brought along a lot of his own equipment and made great use of it in an engaging way. That really turned the cooking and dining into an event in itself. Communication beforehand was excellent, too: fast, clear, and open. Throughout the evening, Stéphane spoke enthusiastically about the dishes, the ingredients, and the preparation methods. His passion for his craft was clearly evident. We enjoyed a delicious meal, shared plenty of laughs, and—above all—had a wonderful evening. Stéphane was a perfect fit for our group, and having him with us during our weekend away was a real treat. Highly recommended!

First time Chefmaison and Stephane did not disappoint! Very friendly man and great story teller. Clear expectations and takes care of everything. And the food was delicious!
