I’m Steve, a chef with over 13 years of professional experience. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of kitchens, each one shaping my technique and deepening my understanding of cuisine.
The defining chapter of my journey came when I opened my own restaurant, Fronteras—a place where I challenged culinary conventions and created a dining experience driven by creativity, bold flavors, and attention to every detail. It was there that I truly found my own voice as a chef.
Later, I translated that philosophy into an innovative street food concept, proving that exceptional cuisine isn’t defined by formality, but by quality, imagination, and flawless execution.
Today, I bring that same restaurant experience into the comfort of your villa or home, creating elegant, highly personalized dining experiences designed exclusively for you and your guests. My goal is simple: to offer cuisine that surprises, excites, and leaves a lasting memory long after the last course has been served
