My journey in the kitchen began during childhood, learning from and helping my parents, who owned a restaurant in Brazil. Surrounded by aromas, family recipes, and a passion for hospitality, I discovered a love for cooking that would later become my profession. I am a professional Chef with a degree in Kitchen Management and Production from the Porto School of Hospitality and Tourism. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work and learn in different kitchens across Brazil and several European countries, experiences that continue to influence and enrich every dish I create.

For me, cooking is much more than preparing food. Every meal tells a story, creates memories, and brings people together. The character of my cuisine comes from my life experiences, my travels, the culinary traditions I have encountered, and my genuine passion for hosting and serving others.
