Holding both a vocational certificate (BEP) and a vocational diploma (Baccalauréat Professionnel) in Culinary Arts, I have built my experience over the years in establishments and locations where high standards, precision, and quality are paramount.

My career path has taken me from the region south of Toulouse to the French Riviera—notably Saint-Tropez during the summer seasons—as well as to prestigious destinations like Courchevel in winter and Ibiza, Spain. These experiences have allowed me to serve a discerning clientele and learn what truly makes the difference: product quality, precision in cooking, flavor balance, and, above all, meticulous attention to detail.

A cuisine open to the world: While my training and experience have given me a strong affinity for Mediterranean cuisine, I am also a curious, passionate, and self-taught chef, constantly seeking out new flavor combinations and ingredients.

I enjoy working across a wide range of culinary styles—French, Mediterranean, Thai, North African, Indian, and many others. Driven by a passion for spices and global ingredients, I strive above all for balance and aromatic harmony.
