De communicatie voorafgaand aan deze avond verliep bijzonder vlot, waarbij er werd geluisterd naar onze wensen. Chef Ilse is bijkomend een zeer lieve en warme vrouw waardoor wij onmiddellijk wisten dat het een geslaagde avond ging worden. Het eten was super lekker en achteraf was ook de keuken spik en span. J'ai fais confiance au chef Régi pour célébrer mes 30ans, je n'ai rien d'autre à dire que... To be clear, we didn't have the chance to have Chef Réginald Smit at home, because he sent his sous-Chef Bryan Gomez instead. I think Chef Réginald should be more transparent about who will be present at the event, hence the lower score in professionalism. HOWEVER, Chef Bryan Gomez was absolutely fantastic as the "replacement". Having learned from Chef Réginald, I wouldn't have expected anything less! Bryan was kind and patient with us, and always polite in any circumstances. He was focused on his tasks, even when we kept asking him questions. He served us a delicious selection of dishes. We definitely had an excellent dinner, and my guests were amazed by the quality of it all ! Overall, I highly recommend Bryan Gomez on any circumstances, and recommend Chef Réginald's fine cuisine.

Het was een dag om nooit meer te vergeten. Jelte was een perfecte chef kok. Mooie gerechten, heel persoonlijk, veel aandacht voor de klant(wij dus) en alles tot in perfectie geregeld. Ik kan Jelte iedereen aanraden. We gaan dit zeker nog een keer doen.

Blij dat we gekozen hebben voor een "chef aan huis"! Marjoleine heeft heerlijk voor ons gekookt. We hadden nogal wat wensen (een glutenvrij, een geen vis, een geen vlees, een geen lactose etc), maar aan alle uitzonderingen kon moeiteloos worden voldaan! Wil je een zorgeloze avond, lekker eten en gewoon een leuke kok op bezoek dan kunnen wij Marjoleine van harte aanbevelen!
