




About Chef Carla Perrin
Great epicurean! Passionate about cooking since I was very young, I am looking for eternal perfection and culinary challenges!
I did my training in French hotel schools up to a baccalaureate +3, while being lucky to have been in apprenticeship with great Michelin Starred chefs such as Guy Martin, Yoann Conte, Jean Sulpice, Glenn Viel... Once I graduated I went to Argentina to discover fire cuisine with Francis Mallmann for 2 years.
I started my training at the age of 14 and today I am more motivated than ever to surpass myself culinary speaking and always go further! The kitchen has always made me vibrate! I am an epicurean and adventurer, travel fascinates me for the discovery of new cultures, customs and traditions! I am trilingual (French/English/Spanish) and I plan to go to Japan within a year, so I am currently learning this language!
