ChefMaison is a platform that offers you the opportunity to invite private chefs into your kitchen. ChefMaison started in 2020, when two friends wanted to have a restaurant experience during Covid-19 times. They found that it was quite hard to find a matching home cook, and voila: ChefMaison was born. Today, we list more than 50 chefs who each have their own story and cuisine. They would love to show off their skills for your guests!
You can create an account by contacting a chef directly on their personal page. Here you will create an account, with which you can keep in touch with your favorite chef.
Anyone with culinary education or experiences can use the services of ChefMaison. Our mission is to create a large variety of chefs, which allows you to select the chef that best suits your dining occasion.
ChefMaison is a free platform, although the services the chefs offer are obviously not free. We merely give the public a chance to connect to private chefs and vice versa. By using our platform, we ask that you use the built-in secure payment functionality. This helps us and our chefs with their administration.
Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. We offer a free cancellation guarantee for up to 7 days before the reservation. Please reach out to us if you have a special case, or have other questions about reservations made through the platform.
The gift card has an expiration date of 2 years. We understand that booking a private chef is not an every day occasion, so we don't want to limit your future possibilities with the platform.
You will receive an email with the code. You can write that code on a card with a personal message and pass on the joy

It’s totally free to create a profile! We only charge you for a paid event. Our commission is 15%. Once you are signed up and onboarded, you will be a part of ChefMaison’s global chef community!
The available chefs on ChefMaison receive a notification of your request. They will then reply to your offer through the chat. You will be notified, and you can start personalizing your mennu with the chefs that responded. After you're all set, you can pay through the chat and confirm your reservation
It is 100% free to request quotes from our chefs. Only after you've received personalized menu proposals from our chefs you will need to pay to confirm
The available chefs on ChefMaison receive a notification of your request. If there are no replies, ChefMaison notifies chefs again after 24 hours. If there are no replies after that, please contact us and we can brainstorm on how to host your event!
