My name is Cyprien Gaschignard, and I have been working as a private chef for over two years. I am passionate about French bistronomic cuisine, where I developed my culinary foundation, which I love enhancing with subtle Japanese influences.
Before dedicating myself fully to cooking, I studied at Sciences Po and worked in the humanitarian sector in countries such as Haiti, Madagascar, Chad, and the Central African Republic. A few years ago, I decided to return to my first passion: culinary arts.
Today, I work in a bistronomic restaurant in Paris’s 18th arrondissement, where I continue refining my technique and developing my culinary creativity every day.
Alongside my restaurant work, I also offer private chef services. I design gastronomic dinners, tailor-made menus, and cooking workshops for families or groups of friends, always adapted to your preferences.
