As a private executive chef and finalist of the Trophรฉe des Lรฉopards 2022, I had the honor of representing France at the Village International de la Haute Gastronomie in Paris. Each of my creations tells a story โ from fresh seafood to sun-kissed spices โ designed to delight and move the senses.
My signature dish? A carefully aged smoked rib of beef, delicately infused with wood aromas, accompanied by vibrant seasonal sides โ a true symphony of textures and flavors.
