A graduate of Ferrandi Paris, I have grown and evolved professionally in various Parisian establishments, holding diverse roles that instilled in me a love for excellence in service and a deep appreciation for the world of luxury.
I enjoy imagining bites and menus that surprise with their flavors, colors, and elegance. My culinary universe sits at the crossroads of high-end and sustainable: working with seasonal products, elevating simplicity through attention to detail, and transforming a meal into a true experience.
Among my creations, I am particularly proud of my unexpected pairings—such as a sea bream tartare with coriander gel and black garlic cream—that spark curiosity as much as delight.
