t is no surprise that Chef Melora has such outstanding reviews on her website and on Chef Meson. We had the opportunity to spend five days with her while navigating the Canal du Midi, and throughout the journey we experienced local ingredients transformed by her hands and her magical sense of taste. Every breakfast, lunch, and dinner became a memorable moment without even needing to leave the boat. We enjoyed local dishes, regional wines, and fresh ingredients thoughtfully prepared with the mastery, warmth, and care of an exceptional host. Beyond her culinary talent, Chef Melora brought a special energy to the entire experience. She truly made all the difference for our group of seven people and elevated the trip in a remarkable way. We sincerely hope to have another opportunity to hire her services again in the future.

Chef Melora was absolutely lovely She arrived on time, was very accommodating to some special dietary requirements from our group of 10. The food presentation and quality was excellent, and she tidied up after all the cooking, overall a very nice experience

If you haven’t booked before the team at ChefMaison really put you at ease …Melora was great at communicating from the outset, we gave her some ideas on what we were after and left the rest to her . She then came up with a wonderful menu with various ideas. We went for two starters and two mains and Melora did the rest …she arrived punctual and was a delight to work with as we wanted her to enjoy her day too . It was an unforgettable 60th birthday occasion and the food was outstanding…we provided our own wines and a wonderful day was had by all . It ended with a thoroughly deserved round of applause and wished her well .We would definitely recommend the company and Melora .

Chef Melora was excellent to work with and prepared an amazing dinner experience to celebrate a special birthday at a villa on Santorini. During the planning stage she worked with me very effectively to customize the menu. And the event itself was amazing. She assisted with staging the dinner and the meal itself was excellent. We had a group of 9 people and everyone was thrilled and impressed. We highly recommend Chef Melora.

We loved Chef Melora's amuse bouches and the delicious starters. The main meals - th3 chicken was excellent. The cut of beef used for the main course was a little disappointing - it was chewy. The chocolate dessert, although very tasty, was more like a pudding than a mousse. However, Chef Melora and her assistant were wonderful and we had a great experience overall.

We hired Chef Melora for the first night of our hen party and I cannot express how amazing she made our evening! The menu was beautiful, food was incredible, decorations were amazing, I cannot fault anything about Chef Melora! Communication in the lead up to our event was perfect. I spoke to many chefs before booking someone for our special event and Chef Melora was the only one whom I got a great vibe from and who completely understood what we were looking for! I cannot recommend Chef Melora enough, she is too good!

Un moment magique, impeccable et absolument délicieux ! Melora a réussi l'impossible, préparer un repas pour 17 convives dans une petite cuisine aux équipements restreints. Des amuses-bouches jusqu'au dessert tout était parfait, avec en prime une jolie décoration et des menus personnalisés. Entendu lors de la soirée : "Même au restau c'est pas aussi bon !" Je recommande à 100%, et je suis certaine de refaire appel à elle pour un autre événement !

J'ai passée une soirée avec la Chef Melora pour l'anniversaire de mon papa. Nous étions 5 et le repas était excellent. Très souriante, elle s'adapte vraiment à nos demandes. Le diner alliait luxe et convivialité, exactement comme je l'espérais ! Je ferais à nouveau appel à ses services sans me poser de question.

Nous avons fait appel aux services de Maeva pour un EVJF et elle a su être réactive et attentive à nos demandes tout en nous proposer une vraie valeur ajoutée en nous proposant une vraie valeur ajoutée comme le dressage de table (en option). Entrée, plat, dessert et cocktail étaient délicieux, et nous étions plus que repues ! Nous conseillons.

Our experience with Chef Maeva was fantastic. We started with a ricotta/vegie appetizer which was amazing. Our dinner included ribeyes that were tender and plentiful. There was so much, we ate leftovers the next day! Everything was cleaned and packed up to perfection. I would recommend this Chef.
