This was my first time using ChefMaison, and Chef Matthieu Audinot was wonderful to work with throughout the entire event planning process including the actual event itself. He was very responsive on ChefMasion and was more than willing to adjust his initial menu recommendations to create the perfect French-themed dinner as part of our vacation in the Champagne region to celebrate our friend's 40th birthday. After booking with Chef Matthieu, but before our event, he also reached out to our Airbnb host to confirm that he would have everything he needed onsite the day of our dinner. It was a truly one-of-a kind dinining experience with flawless preparation and presentation. Most important, Chef Matthieu's food is beyond delicious!! He also left our kitchen absolutely spotless.
