I have been cooking professionally for over three years, a journey that truly began in Brussels, where I moved in 2023. Before stepping into the kitchen, I spent more than ten years working front of house, gaining a deep understanding of hospitality, service, and the rhythm of restaurant life.

Surrounded by beautiful food every day, the desire to cook naturally grew stronger. At the same time, I was writing a book when I met my first chef mentor. I told him about my writing, my curiosity, and the fact that I had never cooked professionally before. He was a writer himself and immediately offered to share his culinary skills with me.

That first kitchen experience was invaluable. The dialogue between literature and gastronomy felt instinctive and meaningful. Cooking became a language — a way to express ideas, emotions, and creativity through taste. Under his guidance, I learned the foundations of professional cooking and developed a deep respect for technique and intuition.

Eager to broaden my perspective, I continued working in several restaurants across Brussels before returning to Paris. There, I joined a restaurant where I had previously worked as a sommelier, this time stepping fully into the kitchen. Experiencing the same place from a new angle enriched my understanding of food, wine, and balance.

In September 2025, I moved to Sète, where I have been developing my cuisine further. I have spent months testing menus and ideas for friends and my partner, refining flavors and techniques, and I am now excited to share my cooking with a wider audience.

My background is deeply rooted in the art world: I am a writer and an actor, and creativity has always been at the center of my life. My father, an artist himself, cooked often, teaching me that food is about experimentation, transformation, and emotion.

Today, my cuisine is driven by a love for fresh, unexpected associations, seasonal ingredients, and the constant search for perfect balance. Each dish is an exploration — where flavors meet, evolve, and reveal their harmony.
