I have worked in some well known restaurants&nbsp;around Greece knowing more about our local cuisine which helped me&nbsp;understand food more deeply. Working also in Michelin star restaurants in&nbsp;Belgium and Paris helped me become a chef that prioritizes freshness and&nbsp;good quality ingredients in every dish i make. My mission right now as a&nbsp;private chef is to utilize all the above and to offer the best&nbsp;culinary experience possible to my customers.
