Experience a timeless Italian dining experience with a classic menu starting with a standing aperitif featuring a mix of bruschettas. The first course offers a variety of antipasti misti, followed by a second course of Apulian burrata with homemade sundried tomatoes and Altamura bread. Enjoy a pasta course with your choice of porcini ravioli with truffle and parmesan or gnocchi with turnip tips, cherry tomatoes, and pecorino cheese. Terenzio heeft voor mijn verjaardag voor mij en mijn vriendinnen gekookt. Alles was even lekker antipasti, ravioli, vis, bruschetta, en de keuken heb ik daarna nog nooit zo opgeruimd gezien. Grazie Terenzio!

We hebben met onze vriendengroep mede dankzij Terenzio een topavond gehad. Het eten was heerlijk, de service prima. Van de 14 personen hadden er 7 een dieetwens maar dat was geen enkel probleem. Zeer zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wat een heerlijke avond heeft Chef Terenzio verzorgd ter gelegenheid van het afstuderen van onze dochter! Helemaal ontzorgd, heerlijke hapjes op gezellige bordjes. Zowel bij het maken van de afspraken als op de avond zelf meedenkend, opgewekt, voorkomend, complimenteus. Aardig tegen gasten en de jongens die serveerden. Echt top. Je wordt door Terenzio helemaal in de watten gelegd. Een aanrader dus.

Chef Terenzio heeft geweldig voor ons gekookt.
In het voortraject was de communicatie met hem ontspannen en prettig. We hebben kort met elkaar kunnen sparren over het menu, waarbij onze wensen goed werden opgepakt en vertaald werden naar een mooi menu. Op de avond zelf werd alles helemaal geregeld en was er voor ons geen omkijken naar. Chef Terenzio had heerlijk gekookt en dit werd bevestigd door onze gasten. Mede door zijn sympathieke benadering, kookkunsten en professionaliteit hadden we een onvergetelijke avond.

I can highly recommend Terenzio - what a talented chef and wonderful guy! Terenzio cooked a 4 course meal for my mother's 75th birthday and it was perfect in every way. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Terenzio was also happy to accommodate my needs for gluten-free and vegetarian options and I was impressed by his attention to detail and care. Terenzio shared his passion for food and personal stories in a friendly, open manner, but was also discreet and highly professional. The kitchen was indeed left cleaner than when he arrived and the whole evening was utterly fabulous. Thank you Terenzio!!

We had the best night with Terenzio. He is very kind and made sure we had nothing to worry about during dinner. During the preparations it was nice that Terenzio offered different options for the menu, so that all dietary requirements were taken into account. The food itself was great, very high quality and more than enough for everyone. Afterwards he left the kitchen cleaner than how it was before he started. I would definitely recommend Terenzio.

een bijzondere avond om de 60e verjaardag van mijn vrouw en ons 20 jaar samenzijn te vieren met vrienden en familie. Een Italiaans thema in eten & drinken. Terenzio heeft ervoor gezorgd dat wij vanaf het begin een goed gevoel hadden. Erg fijne communicatie, goed meedenken en op de dag zelf geen enkele zorg. We had the pleasure of getting Chef Terenzio for our anniversary when the full Amsterdam was in lockdown. And what an experience it was! Our Italian chef was on time, extremely respectful of our space and left it cleaner than before. The food was Mama Mia!! It is by far one of the best ravioli I have had. The starter, main course and desert were worth more than the price charged and we even had leftovers for next day. Overall a 5 star experience in the comfort of our home.

Voor de verjaardag van mijn vriend heeft Terenzio Ignoni een overheerlijk diner voor ons gemaakt. De communicatie was top, alles was bespreekbaar en mogelijk. Zelfs op de dag van het diner kon er nog wat toegevoegd worden. Zijn zelfgemaakte ravioli met truffel was om je vingers bij af te likken, om over het grand dessert nog maar te zwijgen 😋 bedankt voor deze onvergetelijke avond.

Cancellations
We offer an optional flexible booking service designed to give you peace of mind. By adding this service when confirming your reservation, you'll have the flexibility to cancel your event up to 3 days before the scheduled date, ensuring you have extra security if your plans change. Unfortunately, cancellations within 3 days of the event cannot be refunded due to grocery shopping and chef preparations. For a worry-free experience, consider taking advantage of this additional service when you book. Otherwise, our standard terms and conditions will apply.
This rarely happens. We have strict rules on cancelling our guests's requests and incentivize our chefs to never cancel. However, there might be emergencies. In this case, we will try to look for a chef within 24 hours of the cancellation - we cannot guarantee anything though. Refunds are of course granted if we cannot provide an alternative chef

The cost of a private chef can vary greatly depending on several factors. Chefmaison ensures transparent pricing communication so that customers know exactly what to expect. There are no additional costs on the evening itself.
The chef should generally arrive between 1 and 2 hours in advance, although this will be variable on a per-request basis and will be communicated through the chat
Our chefs are very creative - and can find a solution to any dietary restriction or preference. Please use the chat to communicate your wishes
