My professional journey has led me to work in prestigious establishments, including Maison PIC in Valence (3 Michelin stars), La Chèvre d'Or in Èze (2 Michelin stars), Le Petit Nice Passedat in Marseille (3 Michelin stars), Saisons in Marseille (1 Michelin star), and M Restaurant in Lyon. These experiences in fine dining and Michelin-starred restaurants have instilled in me exemplary discipline and a keen attention to detail. I am particularly attentive to clients' requests, as I believe the success of a meal lies as much in the quality of the dishes as in the care given to those enjoying them. Working in demanding environments has taught me to consistently aim for excellence and to adapt to the constraints of service while maintaining the necessary composure.
