Cooking has been part of my life since childhood. What began as a passion naturally evolved into my professional path and lifelong dedication.
Today, I specialize in Mediterranean fine dining experiences, creating unforgettable culinary moments in private villas and exclusive events across Ibiza. I design tailored menus that reflect both my culinary identity and each client’s personal preferences, ensuring every experience is unique and thoughtfully curated.
My professional journey began in London in 2019. Afterward, I completed a Higher Vocational Degree in Gastronomy, specializing in Culinary Arts and Pastry, in Barcelona. Since then, I have continuously refined my craft, expanding both my technical skills and creative vision.
I have worked as Chef de Partie with Palladium Hotel Group and as Junior Chef with Sunset Hospitality Group, alongside experience in various restaurants and pastry boutiques. These roles have given me a solid, versatile foundation and a deep understanding of diverse culinary techniques.
A dessert has the power to turn a bad day around or make a good day even better. Guided by this philosophy, I created my own signature dessert inspired by the essence of Ibiza: her baked cheesecake, personal and carefully crafted.
