Vanavond heerlijk gegeten in ons huis restaurant met Miel als Chef. De gerechten waren heerlijk en de wijn smaakte er goed bij. Echt een restaurant beleving, maar dan in je eigen huis. Veel verrassende combinaties, zoals coquilles met een puree van aardpeer, runder tartaar met kimchi of flat Iron steak met een crunch van bieten. Als extraatje wordt je keuken schoon achtergelaten 👌

Uitstekend! Heerlijk gegeten en erg prettig in de communicatie. Moest soms wat veranderen aan het menu of wel of geen BBQ maar daar ging ze heel flexibel mee om. Zeker een aanrader voor zowel grote als kleine groepen

Chef Jyoti not only provided exceptional food but also provided an exceptional overall experience. Communicating with Jyoti was quick and easy, she responded to my queries quickly and answered all of my questions in full. She arrived on time and got to work very quickly. She provided a beautiful table setting which included flowers and candles as well as printed menu cards. We had four fantanstic courses which included delicious oysters, champagne and cocktails. Jyoti was highly efficient and left our kitchen in sparkling condition after all of the courses had been served. I would highly recommend Jyoti for any occasion and Im look forward to working with her again.

Heerlijk gegeten en mooie details bij de gerechten.

Ontzettend tevreden over de thuischef Jan Baltussen! De gerechten waren niet alleen prachtig gepresenteerd, maar ook vol van smaak en perfect op elkaar afgestemd. Ook heel goed rekening gehouden met alle (dieet)wensen. Alles werd tot in de puntjes verzorgd, waardoor wij volledig konden ontspannen en genieten. Absoluut een aanrader voor een bijzondere en zorgeloze culinaire ervaring!

Chef Kell Zwart cooked for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The communication beforehand was very pleasant and clear. Kell was extremely accommodating when it came to dietary requirements and allergies, and he arrived well prepared. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything was neatly cleaned up at the end. Kell is a calm, professional, and talented chef. Highly recommended!

Bieko was een echte topchef! We hebben een heerlijke avond gehad, alles was prachtig verzorgd en alles werd supernetjes achtergelaten. Het eten was van zeer hoog niveau en tof dat alles lokaal en natuurlijk was. Zeker een aanrader om Bieko met zijn Spore Dining te boeken!

From start to finish, Chef Gijs was great to work with. Communication was easy, he really paid attention to what we liked, and the entire menu felt thoughtful and carefully put together instead of random dishes thrown together. Everything was genuinely good and you could tell there was real intention behind the cooking. He was also just a genuinely great conversationalist, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal instead of overly formal. The surprise dinner came together exactly how I hoped it would, and a big part of that was because of him. Also, major appreciation for how spotless everything was after. You’d never even know someone had cooked a full dinner in our kitchen.

De chef was perfect op tijd.. hele gezellige en serieuze chef! Eten was vers ,lekker en zag er perfect uit! De tafel sfeer was ook een dikke voldoende. Zelfs in kleine ruimtes met beperkte middelen kan zij presteren! Ik kan haar zeer aanbevelen. Was een super ervaring! Bedankt chef Steffie!

Chef Andrea has prepared a delicious 4-course Italien dinner for my 4 friends and I. Everything was perfectly made and we enjoyed the meal fully. Warmly recommended!

Jonathan prepared a fantastic dinner for my husband's 50th birthday party. Right from the first contact up until the evening of the party, everything went very smooth. From discussing the menu, logistics for the evening etc Jonathan was always quick to response and ready to provide alternatives or solutions. The menu was creative, fresh and very tasty. Jonathan finds his way easily in ''a stranger's kitchen'', is great company and indeed leaves the kitchen spotless. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone!
