Ik was via Chef Maison op Merlin en Sebastiaan gestuit terwijl ik op zoek was naar een thuis chef om mijn verjaardag te vieren. Wat begon als een diner voor 10 personen eindigde in een groep van 20. Ten alle tijden was de communicatie super, was men flexibel en dacht goed mee. We hebben enorm genoten van de ambiance, de service en natuurlijk het overheerlijke eten! Alle bordjes gingen leeg terug naar de keuken dus dat is het beste compliment ;). Dank jullie wel voor de top verzorgde avond!

Chef Sherwin made us lunch and dinner in our own kitchen and it was sublime!! Everything was delicious! Also communication was good, he was on time, very friendly and proffesional. I would definitely recommend him if you want a special dinner. My personal highlight was the desert with golden glitter and an eatable flower. It looked so beautiful.

Chef Fay was absolutely out of this world and any expectations we had were exceeded! We experienced her passion and professionalism from the minute we started interacting, and all communication was always done in a friendly and timely manner. Chef Fay created an amazing menu for us with seasonal produce and managed to take us on a flavor journey unlike any other. She arrived well prepared with everything she needed and you could clearly tell that hours of preparation have already gone into the various elements. On top of being so well prepared, chef Fay is also extremely flexible and able to create the most amazing things in a heartbeat! An hour before our guests were due to arrived I enquired as to whether an additional course (amuse) would be possible, and even though this is never an ideal request, Fay did not hesitate to quickly get some fresh items from the AH and make this happen in the most amazing way imaginable. Chef Fay was absolutely lovely to have around; friendly, warm, spontaneous, courteous and so incredibly professional and polite. It was so lovely to enjoy the evening with our friends while glancing into the kitchen now and again to admire chef Fay at work, and then listen to her explain more about her creations with so much love and passion. She brought beautiful cutlery and crockery for every course and all courses were served with seamless elegance! Every course was absolutely gorgeous to look at but tasted even better than it looked. Chef Fay’s food is honest, sophisticated but not pretentious, modern and flavorful yet honoring some traditional elements, and full of imagination and surprise. Our guests could not stop talking about the food, and the manner in which chef Fay prepared and served it; and we share their sentiments! One of our guests kept saying “she’s a true natural professional” - and I think that says it all! We are more than thankful and appreciative for every single effort that went into making this evening unforgettable! It was perfection!

Ik had een fantastische avond dankzij Merlin en Sebastiaan: een 5 gangen diner met 18 vrouwen voor mijn 50-ste verjaardag. Meer dan heerlijk eten, prachtig gepresenteerd, en ik kon dankzij hun hulp zelf enorm genieten van mijn eigen diner. Echt een aanrader voor iedereen.

Gisteren hebben mijn dochter en ik een culinair cadeau aan mijn ouders gegeven. Chef Jan Baltussen kwam langs om een voortreffelijk 4-gangendiner te bereiden. Vooral verliep de communicatie vlekkeloos, snel en efficiënt. Jan kwam keurig op tijd en er ontstond direct een ontspannen sfeer. Ook mocht mijn dochter helpen in de keuken en dat vond zij fantastisch! Daarnaast werden de gangen gecombineerd met heerlijke wijnen en hebben mijn ouders genoten. Iedere keer en mooi verhaal erbij en prettig uit geserveerd. Een top avond en na vertrek was de keuken weer spek en span. kijken alweer uit naar de volgende feestdagen.

We had an AMAZING private dining experience at my place by @andreas_chrysomallis - highly recommend! Esp if you're into vegetables and fermentation goodnesse menu (there are tons to choose from): 1. Gigantes-Tomato Kimchi-White Asparagus ricotta 2. Celeriac Scallops 3. Slow-cooked cauliflower in curry butter, mint/cauliflower pesto, and curry cream 4. Chocolate and beetroot brownie soft cake, Milk chocolate and poached cherries And the bread and fermented butter were also next level good. Chef Andreas is super professional and a very nice guy that will take any dinner party to the next level - and after the dinner the kitchen was cleaner than when he started.

Wat een superervaring! Afgelopen zondag was Chef Steffie bij ons. Ik heb de deur voor haar geopend, 1,5 uur later zaten we met 7 personen aan tafel en hebben we 2,5 uur genoten van de lekkerste en mooist opgemaakte gerechten. En nadat we uitgegeten waren en nagepraat hadden was ook de keuken weer spik en span. Echt een aanrader!
