Like Obelix, I fell into the pot at a young age — watching my grandmother and uncle cook in Corsica sparked my love for the kitchen. However, it was only years later, after a completely different academic path at Sciences Po, that I decided to turn my passion into a profession.

Today, I run my own business as a private chef, traveling chef, and caterer, offering vibrant and generous Mediterranean cuisine inspired by my Corsican roots, as well as Italian, Lebanese, and Greek traditions. My food is full of colour, bold flavours, and that sweet-and-savory touch that brings people together around the table.
