I've been a chef for 12 years. I worked in Courchevel as a private chalet chef in a luxury hotel, as well as in Saint-Tropez.
I love cooking with Mediterranean ingredients, fish, and sharing platters—they're my specialty.
I've also worked in a high-end sushi restaurant, so I know how to make sushi (maki, etc.).
I also have good pastry skills.
I love creating and showcasing ingredients.
