We communicated with Carine for a birthday dinner with 8 guests and went with the surprise menu, meat themed, planned together with the chef beforehand. It was such a good choice, every course felt like a little surprise, beautifully done and never too heavy. Having everything happen right at home made the night feel even more special, and we could just relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about a thing.
For the cake, we chose a different option from a pastry chef suggested by Carine, and it was absolutely delicious, the perfect way to end the evening.
