About Chef Chouki Benkessiouer
Cooking, a passion that led this self-taught chef to obtain a culinary CAP (Certificate of Professional Aptitude) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) hygiene and safety training, a few years ago. This passion has grown alongside his professional experience, travels, curiosity, and love for ingredients.
After gaining experience with inspiring chefs and mentors, he takes the leap and opens a catering service that delivers bistro-style dishes in jars and fresh meal trays to businesses. Our chef prioritizes local products, short supply chains, and seasonality to master the ingredients and taste in his dishes. The desire to bring joy and to cook directly for guests, taking the time to share his passion around a beautiful table, is now felt... It is for all these reasons that his approach becomes an artisanal and sincere project, fueling his desire to share this instinctive, generous, and flavorful cuisine. All our menus are crafted from seasonal, local, and predominantly organic ingredients. Our meats are French and halal, allowing us to offer people from all backgrounds the opportunity to share in the passion that drives us โ cooking. We can also provide vegetarian menus ๐ฑ.
