About Chef Clément Civat
I am Clément Civat, a private chef with 12 years of experience in the culinary world, including 6 years spent abroad.
Throughout my journey, I have had the opportunity to explore different culinary styles, from traditional to gourmet, including Michelin-starred restaurants.
I grew up and became a chef at the age of 24 in Edinburgh, Scotland. In 2022, I also formed my own team and created my own menu in Mykonos. My passion for cooking stems from my grandmother, whom I watched cook throughout my childhood, and it has evolved around local produce.
For the past year, I have been working as a private chef across France.
