Passionate about cooking from a young age, I was fortunate to grow up at the crossroads of two cultures that inspire me every day: French culture, which I’ve known since birth, and Vietnamese culture, lovingly passed down by my family from my earliest years. My cuisine is therefore Franco-Asian inspired, shaped by family traditions, my travels, and the places I’ve lived.
