My passion for cooking ignited at a young age. I started at home, preparing fresh vegetables from our garden. I am driven to present food with pure flavors in a sensational way on the plate.

During my studies at the Cas Spijkers Academy, I gained extensive experience and knowledge at various restaurants, including De Loohoeve in Schoonloo and Cour du Nord* in Nooitgedacht.
