About Chef Francis Motta

With over 40 years of experience in some of the world’s finest restaurants, including several Michelin-starred establishments, I now bring my expertise to private clients as a personal chef.

Trained in haute cuisine, I offer healthy, local, and organic dishes whenever possible, highlighting seasonal ingredients and short supply chains, all while adapting to your personal tastes and dietary needs.

For more than 10 years, I had the pleasure of sharing my passion as a teaching chef at Le Cordon Bleu in New Zealand, training future chefs from around the world.

Now back in the South of France, I invite you to enjoy a unique, personalized, and convivial culinary experience in the comfort of your own home.

I also host cooking and pastry workshops in a warm and friendly atmosphere, where sharing, technique, and enjoyment are at the heart of every session.
