Chef with over 18 years of experience in Asian cuisine, I specialize in authentic Chinese gastronomy as well as refined Japanese cuisine, including sushi and sashimi, combining tradition with elegant presentation.
My culinary journey is deeply rooted in Chinese regional cuisines, especially Sichuan and Northern Chinese cuisine. One of my signature dishes is the famous Peking duck, carefully prepared and carved in front of guests for a truly immersive experience. Alongside this, I have developed strong expertise in Japanese cuisine, offering freshly prepared sushi and delicate creations that complement a premium dining experience.
I love creating unique dining moments — from intimate private dinners to exclusive events — where guests can not only taste but also experience the art of Asian cuisine.
