I love sharing my experience and expertise as a private chef, honed over many years. For me, calm and respect are essential to making every culinary experience a success.
I have a particular fondness for French and Italian cuisine, but I can adapt to any situation to delight all your guests. My goal is to create memorable, tailor-made gastronomic moments for everyone.
My specialties include classic French-inspired cuisine and comforting homemade dishes, such as crêpes, traditional French cakes, foie gras, gougères, pigs in a blanket, charcuterie and cheese boards, tiramisu, charlotte au chocolat, quiches, croque monsieur, and many other seasonal preparations.
I focus on simple, well-executed, high-quality food with strong attention to taste and presentation.
I can accommodate events starting from a minimum of 8 guests up to large-scale gatherings of approximately 400 guests, depending on the type of service required.
