I grew up in the restaurant industry in Paris, where my passion for hospitality and fine cuisine began at an early age. After graduating from the Hotel School of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (France), I completed my culinary training at the renowned Le Pré Catelan with Lenôtre.

At just 18 years old, I assumed significant responsibilities in my parents' restaurants, Au Comte de Gascogne and Au Poivre Vert, where I worked for six years, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in both culinary arts and restaurant management.

I then took time away from my career to raise my three children before returning to the culinary world in the United States, where I have built a successful career over the past 25 years.

One of the highlights of my career was serving as the private chef to the French Ambassador for ten years. After that , I had the privilege of preparing meals and participating in events for distinguished guests, including President Barack Obama and his wife , President Bill Clinton and his wife, members of the Lipton Cafritz family, James Kimsey, Brian Billick, and many other prominent figures. I have also worked extensively with numerous high-end catering companies.

With a lifetime of experience, a deep passion for exceptional cuisine, and an appreciation for diverse cultures and traditions, I would be delighted to share my culinary expertise and create memorable dining experiences and elegant events for you.
