Julie-Anne, a true cooking and baking enthusiast! I offer you committed, gourmet cuisine that respects the seasons as a private chef, in-house chef, and caterer.
My many travels and my love of local produce have led me to explore international cuisine, to which I add my own personal touch.
Trained in numerous prestigious establishments, I now wish to share my expertise and experience directly with you. Where does my passion for cooking come from?
From my two grandmothers, one of Italian origin and the other from Alsace, who, in addition to being true culinary experts, were very demanding when it came to flavors, the choice of ingredients, and presentation. I have always been surrounded by aromas, colors, and tastes: it was a natural progression for me; I couldn't imagine doing anything other than being a chef. My Training
I trained in various prestigious and Michelin-starred establishments such as the Hôtel de Paris (Monaco), Le Gavroche (London), Lenôtre (Paris), and Curty's (Paris). But my curiosity and love for my profession also led me to explore other avenues: I taught cooking classes with Cook&Go in Bordeaux, I did live cooking demonstrations with L'Atelier des Chefs Mobile, and of course, I've been working as a private chef for almost 10 years. It reflects who I am: it's honest, colorful, vibrant, and, of course, committed to ethical practices. I love raw, local ingredients that can be enhanced and given a boost; I love playing with acidity and bitterness. It's all about balance, of course, but my goal is to surprise the taste buds and delight the eyes of my guests.
