Cooking has always held a special place in my life. Gathering around the table has always been essential to my family; I grew up with leisurely meals, family recipes passed down through generations, and time spent cooking alongside my grandmothers.

It was this desire to bring joy to others and care for them that naturally drew me to the culinary world. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of settings—from vegetarian and bistronomic spots to fine dining and two-Michelin-starred establishments, as well as brasseries and meal delivery services. These experiences taught me how to adapt, maintain high standards, and be creative, while always striving for the perfect balance between technique and pure enjoyment.
