Cooking has always been my way of bringing people together — but my path to the kitchen was anything but conventional. Four years ago, I was an English teacher in Singapore. I loved it — but something was missing. I had always been drawn to food, to the way a meal can tell a story, carry a memory, transport you somewhere else. So I made a bold decision: I left teaching behind and moved to France to learn the art of cooking properly.

I trained professionally in French cuisine and had the privilege of working at the Château de la Gaude, one of Provence's most prestigious 5-star properties, where I developed a deep respect for technique, precision, and seasonal ingredients. I also spent time in a boulangerie, mastering doughs and fine pastry — because a great dinner always deserves a beautiful ending.

But my cooking doesn't stop at the French border. I grew up in the Philippines, where food is an act of love, slow-cooked, generous, and full of soul. Living in Singapore gave me an even deeper appreciation for the bold, layered flavours of Asia. I bring all of that into everything I create.

The dish I'm most proud of is my take on a boodle fight, a traditional Filipino feast where everything is laid out together on banana leaves, eaten with your hands, shared by all. I've reimagined it with a European fusion twist: slow-roasted Provençal meats, saffron rice, herb-marinated seafood, and bold Asian condiments, all presented in that same generous, convivial spirit. It's the dish that best captures who I am as a chef, two worlds, one table, no barriers.

I specialise in intimate private dinners in villas around Aix-en-Provence — fully bespoke menus, designed around you, your guests, and the mood of the evening. Whether you're dreaming of a classic French gastronomic experience or something bold, festive and fusion, I'll make it unforgettable.

For special experiences such as my signature Franco-Asian boodle fight feast, pricing starts at €40–50 per person depending on menu complexity.
