
About Chef Manon Richard Legars
I was raised by two grandmothers—one from the south of Provence with Italian roots and the other from Normandy—both passionate about cooking and the moments shared around the table: gathering, talking, debating, and creating memories that would last a lifetime.
My mother also taught me how to cook, but more importantly, how to choose quality ingredients, prioritize short supply chains, experiment with flavors and spices, and blend tastes. Going to the market with her is always a real pleasure.
I have also learned a lot through my travels, where culinary art plays a significant role. Setting a beautiful table is just as important—often in the French style, but always adapted to the client’s wishes, with refinement, ensuring that every moment is pure enjoyment.
