A chef for 13 years now, Chef Nawel has had the opportunity to work with Michelin-starred chefs, such as Mr. Robuchon. Having always worked in gourmet restaurants, he also spent time in China 14 years ago as a chef in a 5-star Accord hotel, where he trained 6 Chinese chefs in French gastronomy.

Since then, he enjoys blending French gastronomy with Sino-Tibetan cuisine. He also offers cooking classes, as he loves sharing his expertise, being in contact with clients, and exchanging culinary knowledge
