About Chef Sébastien Tores

Cooking has always been in my blood. I come from a Southern family where the kitchen is the heart of the home. I grew up surrounded by the aromas of Provence and the culinary secrets passed down from generation to generation. My grandfather, a chef for over 30 years, was my very first source of inspiration. His skilled hands and contagious passion shaped my vision of gastronomy. My older brother, a chef for over a decade, proudly carried on the family tradition and showed me the path toward culinary excellence.

In July 2022, I graduated from the renowned hospitality school Lycée Hôtelier de Bonneveine in Marseille. There, I received intensive training that gave me solid technical foundations. This rigorous education allowed me to grow within various culinary environments—from traditional restaurants to bistronomic kitchens—broadening my culinary repertoire. Every experience and every chef I met helped refine my technique and fuel my creativity. But above all, it was with my grandfather that I found the essence of my craft: a deep understanding of authentic Provençal cuisine.

What I want to offer you is more than just a meal. I invite you on a journey—a cuisine that brings joy, that captures the sunshine-soaked flavors of our beautiful region. My goal is to create a truly special moment for you: relax around a delicious, generous table, just like we do in Provence. Each dish tells a story, each flavor sparks a memory, and every meal becomes a shared moment of happiness.

Today, enriched by my family heritage and professional experience, I’m embarking with excitement on the adventure of becoming a private chef. It’s a way for me to share the passion that has always driven me.
